Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same day, subject to availability and order confirmation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Processing Time
- We ship Monday through Friday
- Most in-stock orders ship the same day if received before 3:00pm Pacific Time
- Orders placed after 3:00pm Pacific Time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day
- Special order items, reconditioned parts and components, used parts pulled from dismantled machines in our yard, and parts needing to be cleaned in our shop may require additional time
Domestic Shipments
- We use UPS and FedEx for ground and air shipments in the US and Canada up to 150 lbs.
- Smaller parcels ship by FedEx OneRate which offers 2-day air service at a special lower cost
- Expedited shipping options are available — contact us directly if you need assistance
- We can ship collect using the customer’s UPS or FedEx account
- Sorry, we are unable to ship by US Mail
LTL Truck Shipping
- We use XPO freight and will ship freight collect to your destination, or to an XPO terminal to be held for pickup
- Customers can use their preferred carrier to ship on their freight account
- We are equipped to handle large shipments

International Shipments
- We use UPS and FedEx for international shipping up to 150 lbs.
- We can ship on the customer’s UPS or FedEx account collect
- We have heavyweight international shipping options available upon request
- We can ship DHL collect, but customers must set up the shipment on their own account and provide us with the air waybill and shipping label
- We are equipped to handle partial or full container loads
- We can fill out required Customs documentation
- Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes to import into their Country
